Brad has received his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI). He is currently working for IBM Software Group as an IBM Certified Executive Project Manager responsible for driving revenue and profit growth by deploying Rational Software and services for many customers. Some of the customers include: General Motors, XL Capital, Ericson, Norweigen Cruse Lines, Lexmark, Fireman Fund, Amerisourcebergen, Disney, Missouri Highway Patrol, DeVita Healthcare, Tuscon Electric, Pacific Gas & Electric, JM Family Enterprises,Georgia Technology Authority and the IBM Internal Global Account.

Brad managed the deployment of the IBM Project Management Knowledge Network. A community for IBM Project Managers to publish and reuse their project management experiences and artifacts, hence driving millions of dollars in annually productivity savings.

Assignment History
Project Management Services Engagement Manager - Mr. Sandler has developed IBM's Project Management Services capabilities, including the deployment of Rational software applications such as Rational Portfolo Manager, Rational Team Concert and Rational Asset Manager.

Program Manager IBM PM Knowledge Network - Program Manager IBM PM Knowledge Network - IBM Project Management Center of Excellence. Mr. Sandler developed and deployed IBM’s project management knowledge management program. He provided education to IBM project managers on the value of sharing tacit knowledge and created an environment which encouraged creating, harvesting and reuse of intellectual capital that provides millions of dollars in savings to IBM annually. He has created a deployment model for implementing IBM’s Enterprise Project Management tool, Rational Portfolo Manager™ formerly PMOffice.

Senior Project Manager - IBM Personal Computer Division Business Information and Re-engineering. Mr Sandler was responsible for consulting in all business areas with respect to the division's application portfolio on development and re-engineering projects. This included advising management on matters relating to the $347M development and maintenance budget.

Project Manager
– IBM PC Helpcenter. Mr Sandler created a warranty cost model that changed the levels of warranty and help desk support on personal computer products. In addition, he created the warranty cost measurement structures that helped explain all aspects of over $500M in worldwide warranty and help desk cost. He collaborated on a model for providing answers to customer questions by using a 900# which generated services revenue for the Helpcenter.

Senior Financial Pricing Analyst – IBM Education Products. Mr. Sandler developed selling price strategies for both hardware and software products designed for the education K-12 marketplace.

Financial Manager - Personal Systems Division. Mr. Sandler planned, controlled and reported on all aspects of $80M product development budget and provided leadership and direction to a team of Financial Analyst who provided financial and accounting support for the product development team.

Financial Analyst - IBM Finance. Mr. Sandler created an employee resources tracking system used to assist management in establishing staffing targets. He analyze and presented the return on controllable assets and monthly cash flow account balances projections to financial management team. He also streamlined the Capital acquisition process by established a new process for requesting capital investments resulting in both improvement in investment knowledge and reduction in processing cost.
